We couldn't find fashion tech that fit our needs, so we built it.
Beacon & Lively is proud to be a woman-owned, women-run company that is equal parts fashion and tech.

VERONICA BECKER  CEO/CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Veronica has over 15 years of experience in delivering and managing the needs of customers in the biotech and medical device industry. Veronica can usually be found searching for her phone in her purse.

DAVE BECKER  PRODUCT STRATEGY

Dave has over 15 years of experience in software sales and product management. The idea for the Beacon was born when he realized that his wife wasn’t purposely trying to ignore his phone calls...  the phone was just in her purse.  (at least that’s the story.)

Jordan Goldenberg  Creative Direction

Jordan brings over 20 years experience helping companies understand, define and then communicate their unique personalities. He's worked with companies in fashion, retail, sporting goods, home products, interior design, restaurants, consumer products, and technology. He has the greatest head of hair.

ANNA COUTURIER   JEWELRY DESIGN

Anna is finishing her Masters of Integrated Product Design through the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering. She has held roles at several prominent local and national jewelry designers. She's what makes the Beacon fashionable and chic.

PATRICK BRANDON   PRODUCT ENGINEERING

Pat is an innovative technologist, mechanical engineer, with experience bringing high volume aerospace and military grade products from concept to reality. Try saying that three times fast. He's hopeful that the Beacon will someday be used on the International Space Station to decrease missed calls from NASA.

Andrew Moore  Marketing Outreach

An expert in both traditional and digital marketing campaigns, Andrew applies his strategic and management acumen to branding, marketing planning, and execution activities. A British ex-pat, Andrew brings a dry sense of humor and badly imitated accent to the Beacon & Lively team.

Joseph Crabtree  Electrical Engineering

We're still waiting for Joe to scream, "1.21 gigawatts!" during our meetings. Thankfully, he's been able to design the B&L Cuff with battery sipping frugality even at speeds of 88 mph.  Joe's expertise is in digital signal processing and mixed-signal printed circuit board design.

We Believe That ...

Technology can be polite.

Staying connected doesn’t have to be disruptive.

A phone on the table is bad manners.

A mobile device makes terrible company, unless you’re alone.
